Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free, reflecting our commitment to your satisfaction.

Our Policy

We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Please Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Dance Briefs, Catsuits & Unitards, or any other intimate apparel. All such sales are final.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, please email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the unused item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your Returns Authorisation Number and order details. Ship the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Refunds

Timing: After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment. This typically appears within 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account. This is usually reflected within a few business days.

Please note: The original cost of standard shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the outgoing shipping cost we incurred.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your requested replacement item. If the new item is of a higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping and swiftly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
