Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping
We ship globally, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely thrilled with your GlamDancewear purchase. If you’re not satisfied, our straightforward returns process ensures a hassle-free experience.
Our Returns Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of you receiving your order.
Important Exception
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Dance Briefs
- Catsuits & Unitards
- All other intimate apparel
All sales of these items are final.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step-by-Step Process:
- Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email us at [email protected] with your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Pack the unused item(s) in original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation or note with your Returns Authorisation Number. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you’re responsible until it reaches us.
- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5 business days.

Timing:
After we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for us to process it. Once processed, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be issued to the original card used for payment. This typically appears within 5-10 business days after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds will be issued to your original PayPal account. This is usually reflected within a few business days.
Please note: The original cost of standard shipping (£12.95) is non-refundable. For orders that qualified for free shipping, a deduction may be made from your refund to cover the outgoing shipping cost we incurred.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the return process above. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your requested replacement. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product and/or packaging. We will cover the cost of return shipping and swiftly send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
