All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products without notice. If a product is unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and refund any payment for that item.

2.3 Hygiene Restrictions

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty:

• Dance Briefs
• Catsuits & Unitards
• All other intimate apparel

All sales of these items are final.

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This email is not an acceptance of your order but confirmation that we have received it. Our acceptance occurs when we dispatch your order, at which point a contract is formed.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

• Standard Shipping: £12.95 via DHL or FedEx, delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over £50 via EMS, delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

4.3 Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If a package is returned due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failure to collect, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the order.

5.1 Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 15 days of delivery. To initiate a return:

2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions
3. Ship the item with the authorisation number and a copy of your order confirmation
4. We process returns within 5 business days of receipt

5.2 Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The original shipping cost (£12.95) is non-refundable. For free shipping orders, we may deduct outgoing shipping costs from your refund.

Refund processing times:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: Typically within a few business days

5.3 Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, follow the return process. Once we receive the original item, we will ship your replacement. Price differences will be charged or refunded as appropriate.

5.4 Damaged or Incorrect Items
